Additional Items

China, silverware, glassware, flowers and linens are available at an additional cost based on table layout and set up. Local Ocean Seafoods use 100% biodegradable corn starch plates and cutlery for a disposable service option. Off premise bar options are available.

Billing & Payment

Booking Confirmation

A deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount is required to confirm the booking of your event. Any pick up orders over $200 will also require a 50% deposit.

Final Payment

Catering clients will be billed for the balance due at the close of their event. For pick-up and delivery catering, the balance is due at the time of pick-up or delivery.

Cancellations

A final head count of guests expected to be in attendance is required no later than 4 days prior to your event. If we do not receive notification of final numbers we will use the original estimated head count. Events or menu items cancelled will be subject to the following penalties:

  • 30 days prior to event - 100% refund of deposit.
  • 10-29 days prior to event - 50% refund of deposit.
  • less than 10 days prior to event - no refund of deposit.
